Terran Swancer

Owner

I have been doing sewing and embroidery professionally since 2012 when I opened my first online boutique.  I needed a business that could travel with me because, as an active duty military spouse, frequent moves are a part of our lives.  I started out making primarily baby items (burp clothes, bibs, door silencers, custom blankets, etc.) and did most of my business at local farmers markets.  I absolutely love the work and truly enjoy working with people on creative custom projects.  Over the last decade, I have broadened the scope of my sewing and embroidery business and am wholly committed to providing a wide variety of high quality personal and commercial products.  I take pride in making my service available and affordable for all projects, big and small, so I do not set product minimums.  Thank you for trusting me with your special project!

How does your process work, and how long will it take?

  • Complete the “Get a Quote” form or call me to discuss the specifics of your order.
  • I will contact you within 24 hours to provide your quote, estimated delivery time, and arrange advanced payment for any custom artwork (if required).
  • I will email you an art proof before embroidering. Once you have approved the proof I will get started on your item(s).
  • Projects generally take between 3 -14 days once the items are received (timing is subject to quantity and complexity).
  • Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

How can i turn my design or image into embroidery?

  • I prefer working with JPEG or PDF files, but upload whatever you have available and I can contact you for a more detailed version if necessary.
  • The higher quality the image the more precise your embroidery will be when it is digitized.
  • ***All brands/company logo files must be submitted with a statement that you have permission for use***

How much is the set-up fee?

  • This is a one-time charge if your project requires digitizing services – prices vary depending on placement, design complexity, and logo size (usually $10-30/design).
  • Custom fonts usually range from $1-$5. Any of my in-stock fonts, monograms, or designs have no additional charge.

Why should I have my item embroidered?

  • Embroidery is durable, long lasting, and has a professional appearance. Business apparel can be created using your logo and branding to help promote your company. Your creative ideas can be turned into custom designs for advertising or gifts for any occasion.

What items do you embroider?

  • Bags – purses, backpacks, totes, duffle and cosmetic cases

  • No, I have built my business on personalized items and I will always provide my customers the opportunity to order individual or low-quantity projects at an affordable price.

Can I drop off personal items?

  • Absolutely! I go to great lengths to ensure that all personal items are treated with the utmost care but please understand that embroidery machines are fast and powerful and there is always a possibility that something could go wrong.  I have an extremely low damage rate, however, I want you to be aware of the possibility when dropping off an item with sentimental value.

Can I do (insert something crazy)?

  • Maybe! Submit your ideas and I will let you know if I can make it happen. I will need to make sure I can fit your item on my machine and that the material is able to be embroidered on.
